2. what sources and data do we use?                 

We process necessary personal data that we receive from you for the processing of your request.

In addition, we process personal data that we have permissibly received either from other offices/departments of our company or from third parties (e.g. on the basis of a legal basis or consent granted by you).

We also process personal data that we have obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. land registers, commercial and association registers, press, media) and are permitted to process.
